Who are we?

Have you ever heard of a mule deer herd in PA in the mid 1980's. I saw one then, running loose, in lower York County. It walked right up to my car. All these years I hadn't been able to identify it until today. Saw it on a back dirt road close to BMY of York. It crossed a field and walked across the road in front of my car and up an embankment. My car was stopped. I was so shocked by the size and color of this deer and the huge rack on it's head.

Just saw my first sighting of mule deer in Delta, PA, didn't know what kind they were and had to do some research.
