Open Webforms using Dialog Box in Drupal

Webform comes with an option of displaying a form in a pop-up Dialog box, but is not enabled by default. With this option, a webform can pop-up on the screen when clicking on a link. Users can stay on the same page while filling in the form.

Thanks for the video WebWash! I wonder how we can make an automatically popup windows on a certain pages. Also, webforms support too vies the page or articles only if you click on a button of a popup window? e.g . a popup for age confirmation: If you are over 18 years old and press the "yes" button you may see the page. If you are below 18 and press the "No" button will direct you to message page that says "I'm sorry users below 18 are not eligible to view content " Thanks

As a beginner I would like to know if in Drupal it is possible to create real sections and pages visible only to a certain number of users. For example employees of individual companies. Or you have to use multisite?
