PerfoTec Dynamic Liner System (DLS)

The fully integrated Dynamic Liner System (DLS) with Laser Perforation System, is PerfoTec’s new technology that manufactures modified atmosphere liner bags, for bulk packaging, at source. Fresh produce growers and packers can now produce liner bags on location, with the most suitable permeability for their produce at that moment. Less food waste, CO2 reduction, extended shelf life of fresh produce, are just few examples of DLS advantages. The cost savings of producing locally are estimated to be up to 25%, or more compared to imported MAP liner bags.
