I have used one for 5 years when I started rafting. Comfortable, 2 pockets that can easily hold 2 prussicks couple of pulleys, river knife, the blue sling flip strap and my car key on foam float. Basically what Zach recommends for clean line principle, only dangle is a whistle. Only negative is no cool guy points. I weigh between 185-200lbs, seems to be plenty of flotation. Under appreciated PFD, and misnamed, most guides use other stuff. Thumbs up for using it on a high water middle fork trip.

That's the first NRS jacket I have seen that does not look like they just straight up copied someone else's design.

Does NRS still make this? It’s not on their web site. I’ve had one for about 6 years and want to replace it with another just like it. One note: This has historically come in red or yellow. The red one seems to fade faster than the yellow. That seems true of a lot of river equipment, not just these PFDs.
