Consider adding full cover (front to back) waterblocks to them. Then you can keep them running OCed. That extra 5-10 MHash/sec (per GPU) can cover the cost of the cooling system.

Can't wait for the 6600 XT vid, I've been getting 31.5 MH/S with 45 Watts with them which is incredible, however I do get 7-8 invalid shares a day so I look forward to seeing what you do with them

With the merge coming up for Eth, you should do a video on what the hashrate and power consumption are for altcoins like Raven or Auto or any of the other ones. Since in the long run that's what these cards are going to be used for.

100% re-pad the memory on the 3090's, i have with my 12 3090's as i am sure at your temps the memory junction will be cooking. it would be interesting to see if you can get windows to run on the octominer then you can see the memory junction temps while in that case before and after thermal pads.
i added some thermal grizzly while in there also.

The reason they are in store on a shelf dying to be sold (lets pretend i believe you for a second there) is because you miners jacked up the prices of these cards so damn much that gamers no longer can afford them. I mean no disrespect here but don't play "the innocent im not part of the problem" card, there are no such thing as "MSRP" anymore when it comes to GCs thanks to people like you. I understand however you making a living and i hold no grudges against you good luck.

man the silicon gods really smiled upon you that day for those 3090's, not to mention you didn't have to replace thermal pads. I'm mining with one and it can only reach 1350 mem clock. replacing the pads was an adventure
