Shine On Harvest Moon by Nora Bayes and Jack Norworth (1908)

Here it is, the original 1908 piano version of this popular hit. Nora Bayes was best known as a singer but she wrote the music for many songs, this one being the most popular. Jack Norworth likewise wrote the lyrics to a number of songs, his biggest hits were this one and "Take Me Out to the Ball Game".
Published by Jerome H. Remick in New York and Detroit in 1908, the 1918 re-issue was entirely similar.
