Approach vertical jump slow motion - spring 2020 #shorts

I touched 10’ 9” I’m this video, making my approach vert about 35-37 inches. 10’10” is my best, which is good for me since I’m not that tall (5’11”) and my wingspan is average, but I’m hoping to get to 11’ at one point. I may have to go through a yearlong rehab plan for my knees so that I can heal some cartilage damage, then intense fast twitch training after. Basketball hoop in the video is about 9’8 for reference.
