Error: Syntax Error: Unexpected Token '{'

Thanks! just what i need but it gave me a syntax error so i fixed it like this: if (thisComp.layer("Control Layer").effect("Dropdown Menu Control")("Menu") == 1) {
100;
} else {
0;
}
