Naples is lovely but super expensive. This is a good time to look at thrift stores because all the snowbirds left a couple weeks ago, and got rid of all their high end stuff. One time, I got a beautiful Ethan Allen table that sat 8 for FREE because a millionaire was redecorating and wanted it gone. This was for my house, not to flip though. If you're still there, there's a thrift store called St. Matthew's House off Airport and 41 near the courthouse. They help a lot of homeless people and ones in need.

The Goodwill in southern Florida is MUCH nicer than ours here in North Central Florida. Lots more money down that way. Safe Travels.

Goodwill stores and Salvation army in Palm Springs are not nearly that nice. We are in Southern California. There are lots of retirees and estate sales here.

You are thrifting in a high rent area. Prices are higher there.
