Elevating Lives 2021 | Measuring Equity and Inclusion | YW Boston
Показать описание
After learning how frameworks such as Critical Race Theory can help organizations better determine where to advance diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) work during our first Elevating Lives event, we explored the importance of measuring behavioral change as a key indicator of successful equity and inclusion initiatives in the workplace in our second Elevating Lives event, Measuring Equity and Inclusion: Using Data for Organizational Change.
We were honored to be joined by our InclusionBoston program team team including Dr. Anouska Bhattacharyya, Director of InclusionBoston, and Dr. Sarah Faude, Director of Research and Evaluation, as they explored the key drivers to behavioral change and how organizations can go about measuring new and existing workplace inclusion initiatives. Afterwards, Dr. Bhattacharyya and Dr. Faude participated in a Q&A with Beth Chandler, CEO and President of YW Boston, Beth Chandler.
