Windows 11 (Build 21996) running on Intel Pentium 4 #1 - First tests

Installed using Windows 10 PE installer, will do futher tests later, boot drive is HDD

Machine specs:

Intel Pentium 4 651 3.4 GHz (Cedar Mill)
FIC PTCQ965 motherboard
4 GB DDR2 800 (only 2.75 GB usable)
Nvidia Geforce GT 440 1 GB DDR3
Seagate Barracuda 1 TB 7200 rpm HDD
