Do you prefer a light or heavy mouse?

I use a heavy mouse for the friction. It allows me, for some reason, to more easily get a steady movement speed instead of large bursts in speed/distance.

while the "light mouse = better precision" does apply to big movements, the lack of inertia becomes a downside when you try making movements so small that even millimeters aren't a precise enough measurement.

I have extremely shaky hands, i use heavy ass mouses and i also just prefer the feel of a heavy mouse

I also prefer the Duke controller from tbe original Xbox, big, bulky, and stupid looking. Sometimes its just preference

As someone who has a tremor (permanently shakey hands) I am WAY better with a light mouse, it’s basic physics, a lighter mouse is easier to move and hence you can be more precise with it. If something being heavier made it more precise doctors would have weighted scalpels.

You are very correct, but as for personal preference, my G5 02 with extra weights added is the best thing I’ve ever ever used

If anyone wants an amazing mouse for a decent price. Get the " Op1 8k " it is quite literally one of the best mice I've used ESPECIALLY for the price. Even viscose uses it.

In physics, momentum is one of the hardest things to explain. It exists but kinda doesnt. It also does and doesn't have a definition but is very useful in calculations. To the people reading this and say "this guy big dumb he is stupid." Just stop. What you are thinking of is inertia. Just do some googledebunking.

Light mouses are for gaming because of the fast and accurate motions that you need and heavy mice are better for 3-D modeling because it gives you a very steady hand

For fps games use light mice to aim faster but for stealth games like sniper elite, hitman and most story games use a heavy mouse because its for more precise shooting

I prefer my G502 personally, i like the weights and it fits in my hand perfectly. To each their own
