I tried your recipe today... Step by step same... And I have to admit that it was the tastiest seekh biryani I have ever had. From the very first bite to the last it was tasty. Everyone loved it and was praising me for such tasty biryani. Amazing it was. Thank you and love you for this.

For gravy
Half cup mayonaise
Half cup Cream
Half cup chopped cheese/ grated
Add badam paste
Add 1cup milk n keep aside

In a pan heat some oil and ad whole garam masala n let it splutter
Then add 4 onions until soft
2tbs ginger garlic paste
7-8 green chilies
1/2 black pepper powder
2chicken cubes
Add 1cup dahi keep on medium flame n stir
Cook for 5mins
Then add garam masala
Then add creamy mixture mix it and bring it to boil
Add 1 cup water n bring to boil again
Then cover n cook for 5-10 mins on low flame
