UGC NET June Exam Cancelled, Fresh Examination To Be Conducted | UGC NET Re-Exam | Breaking News

The Centre has decided to cancel the UGC-NET Examination held on June 18. The UGC NET June Examination was cancelled on the basis of inputs from Indian Cyber Crime Coordination Centre (I4C) under the Ministry of Home Affairs, prima-facie indicating that the integrity of the examination may have been compromised. Fresh Examination shall be conducted soon, it said. The is being handed over to CBI for thorough investigation. The UGC-NET Examination is conducted by the National Testing Agency i.e. NTA.

Shame on NTA even the single exam also not conducted in fair and fresh mode now these days.

Why not just conduct in online mode. There's clearly issues when trying to maintain integrity of the chain of custody with such huge logistics involved. Atleast with online exam, the question paper remains sealed in one location until the exam starts.
