do you want to know the difference between classical and contemporary pilates?? let me know in the comments 🤩
i believe:
- both disciplines can be as challenging as the other
- each machine has its own strengths
- neither is better than the other
- it’s the instructor that is important, not necessarily the apparatus
- movement is exercise and both are helpful
note: before booking a class, call the studio and ask if it’s classical pilates, contemporary pilates, how difficult is the instructor, or anything you want to specifically know.
i love the community overall and believe we all have something to share, give, and inspire. Let’s just get along

- Slow Resistance Training Certification with Piper Michelle (Reformer: Xformer)
- i teach privates and group class, travel to guest teach, and visit different studios throughout the United States (and NOW international in August 2024) to certify and provide additional training for studios that utilize the Xformer
