Spring break is back on the beach! Students are unleashing pent-up party spirit after two years of COVID-19 restrictions. Inside Edition was on South Beach in Miami, Florida, to catch up with some of the revelers who came from across the country to let loose. Miami is the number one American destination for spring breakers, and the city is trying to provide activities that give students something to do besides drinking. Wilson Phillips kicked off a concert series on the beach, where booze is banned.
