BEST ONE YET! So often when I'm filming a testimonial the customer will ramble on because they are only asked "what they think" about the product and not specific follow up questions. This becomes such a nightmare in editing! But when they're given specific questions like the ones you suggest it allows them to really nail them in a concise and powerful way. LOVE the step by steps you give here and looking forward to the next one!
