Essay length edit: Hi! So Im here again, and I would like to clear some things up. I did not intend to undermine (is that the right word) Emily Blunts performance. She's a wonderful actress. I'm not saying that her not being Julie Andrews is a let down. I'm just sitting in my nastalga pool remembering how great she is. Emily Blunt was great. Lin's part was great. Dick Van Dyke's camio was beautiful. The only part of this movie that's disappointing is that Julie Andrews wasn't it in at all but it's still a great movie without her! I love this movie, it hits me in those spots that only Disney can. I wouldn't even think to say that I'm a better actress then Emily Blunt. I can't act, just no good at it. But do not take my words in a way I didn't mean. I meant that they are equally good. Sorry that "pretty good" isn't a good enough compliment for you. Thank you and good night.
