I like the way this guy communicates; clear, concise and relevant. The dish looks super yummy, too.

I didn't know the brown rice / white rice “house mix” trick! Definitely gonna try it.

This looks amazing. It's so nice to see an actual chef make a meal - you know it's going to work. And the tip for making "house rice" is fantastic.

Looks very tasty!
Don't have the air-fryer top for my version of the pot, so would probably need to move the chicken to a baking sheet and do a quick broil to crisp the tops. A wee bit less convenient, but would be very tasty too. Thanks for the recipe!

I absolutely love my instant pot duo crisp! To take a frozen game hen and cook it in 45 minutes in the instant pot then switch the lid and do another 8-10 minutes on air fryer at 400 and have an amazingly crisp on the outside and juicy, flavorful bird on the inside is absolutely fabulous! Did an orange glazed bone in smoked ham as well using both lids and totally loved it! This recipe will be one I'll want to try once I investigate what some of the flavors of the kimchi are.

I ❤ my IP Duo Crisp too. This looks like a great dish but I’ve never had Kimchi before. What does it taste like? And what is that other soy sauce he mentioned? A special type?

I would love to make this but first I need an instant pot

This looks interesting. Will try with boneless and skinless chicken breasts. I can hear you all saying thighs are juicier but I don't like the taste if dark meat and I don't like skin.

Can I buy just the air fryer top to fit my older generation Instant Pot?
