Find a cargobob. If you are unable to find one, Simeon will text you that he found one in the movie studio. Head there and take one. You'll need to airlift four vehicles to a rooftop parking lot. Be warned that you may need to land and move the vehicles into a position easier to lift with the cargobob. Once all four vehicles are at the parking lot, move them to their respective waypoints to complete the mission.
