For anyone wondering what that monster is, it's called a Neothilid. It's basically what happens when mindflayer tadpole brine pools are left unattended. Without hosts to attach to, after a short period the tadpoles will start to cannibalize each other within the brine pool. The Neothilid is the last tadpole standing or... slithering, I guess. Apparently, even mind-flayers are scared shitless of neothilids and will do almost anything from prevent the creation of one.

Last week on my table we fought this dune like worm, a purole sorm, thing was enormous, it dwarfed the adult dragón we fought the previews session.
Our monk got eaten and was fighting from the inside, and actually managed to stune him jajajaja was pretty funny and cool
