I’ve been on the fence with the Outlast series post second game, but I’m quite blown away by the amount of hard work and passion about this game. Seriously, great job to Red Barrels for sticking to their guns and giving the Outlast series something new and intuitive. Cannot wait to try out the early access!

Great replayability, amazing perfomance ( a rare thing for a early access game or even the final product) and terrifying atmosphere. Waiting for new trials.

I've been looking forward to this game for two years, having played all the previous parts. The fact that it will be multiplayer made me skeptical at first, but also curious. My expectations were high and have been exceeded. In 2013 you changed the horror game genre forever and now in 2023 you have changed horror co-op forever. I consider the game series a masterpiece and Trials complements it perfectly.

New psycho ideas

1) Pyro
Basically, he exits the elevator where the players are closest, announcing his presence with a menacing laugh, the arsonist does not attack the players, he only douses the map areas with gasoline, creating various routes, after which he sets fire and creates lines of fire if the fire is next to wooden doors, then the doors burn out, if the player gets into the fire it will catch fire, the life cells will begin to be taken away by pressing the desired key several times, you will put out the fire, you can put it out even on the run, players can also help you put out if you catch fire, then the process will be faster, after arson, the psycho goes into the elevator.
The psycho himself does not react to the players in any way, but if you block his path, he will hit you, cause little damage, but push the player out of the way, the fire burns for 20 seconds.

2) Circus
Perhaps this is the only maniac who attacks from a long distance using knives, he has 4 knives for each player. He throws knives only in the player's field of vision, if the knife hits the player, the health cell is taken away, and the player himself freezes in place until he takes out the knife.

If the psycho misses after spending all 4 knives, he goes into the elevator, and at a certain time returns with new ones. He acts pretty smart, he throws at one player, then goes to look for another, and so on until he spends knives on everyone, he is given 30 seconds for everything about everything, if he does not find anyone, then he runs into the elevator.
It is not difficult to understand that he is on the map, this inadequate person carries a tape recorder in which circus music plays.

3) Thief
The girl is a kleptomaniac, she gets out of the elevator, hits only one player, the player falls for 3 seconds and she takes all your things from the inventory, and the perk with traps is completely deactivated, items can be returned, she picks them up and throws them on other places on the map, things the player is marked on the map, all things are in a pile in one place, but you will take the time to pick them up, walks around the map for 30 seconds, returning things, the perk is instantly charged.

These lunatics can be caught with traps so that their time is wasted.
