I'm in Ky, averaging .14 cents kwh at home with taxes and efficiency loss. Went to a Supercharger in Bowling Green Ky .37 cents kwh. My Hyundai Elandra Hybrid Blue averages 52 mpg. At current gas prices if I had to use Superchargers only the Elantra wins, but it's no fun to drive. Luckily, I almost always charge at home.
