Parliamentary controls

This is the second of four lessons that focus upon delegated legislation. Although aimed towards OCR A Level Law students, anyone with an interest in law will find this interesting. In this video I focus upon the controls of delegated legislation. I answer the question why controls are needed and look at four key Parliamentary controls: the enabling act; the scrutiny committee and the two resolutions. I also evaluate Parliamentary controls.
