is uninstallation and deletion are two different things? if we delete it, is it possible some of the eclipse references still in our system so that we can't do a complete uninstallation ?because, iam trying to uninstall my eclipse but it does not find in uninstall or change programme in the settings

But for a new user it is really silly that eclipse does not explain a bit more that is is not a windows type of program you can find in program files etc. and maybe point newbies to a start page. now we all have to googgle where to find how to start en how to remove (I need it in a shorter path)

Thanks for the info clearly provided in the video. I can always use the eclipse workspace in new versions of eclipse right?

eclipse-workspace also exists in the User folder

Thanks this really helped! However, I had two versions of Eclipse and I only wanted to delete the older one. Should I get rid of the .eclipse folder in a situation like that?

hey bro when we reinstall te software why it always tell eclipse folder already exists although we have deleted the file
