Have you tried it with just the heatbed? Most heatbeds have a top layer of copper to help spread the heat which should be the same as your blank PCB. I'd try it with mine, but it's well and fully silicone'ed to the bottom of my metal bed. If you have any issues interfacing it to your Printrboard, let me know. I designed it ;)

How did you wire the resistor in to do the voltage drop down ?

Question about hooking up the sensor. I see that the inductive sensor works just hooking up directly up to the printer board. Does the sensor work better with the 12V supply? If it does work better with the 12V supply. How do you wire it up. Does the GND from the board hook into the sensor or the GND (negative) from the power supply. Does the 2.2K resistor get connected to the SIG inline.

I just got my PS-05P it is the same thing but goes high when triggered. Anyway it seems it cannot trigger through the glass I have. the optimal trigger is 5mm for steel, but the spec says it is 0.4*5mm for copper, and my glass is 3mm thick, so it doesn't trigger :( It would probably work as a regular endstop though.
