You can build the most stunning amenities, but to me the best experience one can have at any airport is the people to people interactions...I was in Jakarta over the weekend and the immigration officer there made my day with his sincere friendliness. On my return, I had a forgettable experience...the screening staff was curt, and on reaching the taxi stand at T4, I witnessed a sorry incident where a tourist who had apparently booked a private hire car had difficulty understanding what the queue marshaller was trying to convey!

Singaporean like complaining dishes too often. Remember the Jack Neo movie. Money not enough'. the childrens complained the food. but people in Sudan. Eptopia. Somalia were straving. The gov't provide better facilities for you peoples.

Little-known fact: the airport used all-chinese materials in the construction of this water feature. It have also eliminated the unemployment problem in the region by hiring a team of 450+ workers to fix all the hundreds of leaks that happen daily as a result of the poorly-made materials.
