So what is the key neurotransmitter \ s of the sleep. Of course sleep is not a simple topic. Still I wonder which would be the key neurotransmitter or neurotransmitters of the sleep In one way central alpha2 has an important role since the BIS correlation of normal sleep with the dexmedetomidine induced sedation has high similarities. On the other side GABBA is the fundamental inhibitor. So it's pretty interesting!

Baclofen? I was put on baclofen and hydrocodone for severe chronic spinal pain, not alcoholism. I rarely ever drink.
