As a person who has never watched Jimmy Neutron and Carl Wheezer's show, this is what I can deduce about the lore from these snippets:

1. Carl is married to Jimmy's mom
2. Carl sacrificed Jimmy to see his mom again
3. Over the next seven years he amasses an army of 107 men, gets really buff, and threatens... some boy(?? I hope it's not Jimmy, that would complicate things) and asks him about when Jimmy's mom is going to choose a new husband(??? Apparently Carl isn't married to her after all). This also implies that Jimmy's dad is dead. From textual evidence, we can infer that Carl and his army killed him, and Carl is desperate to marry Jimmy's mom. His llama collection must be impressive if that's his defining feature.

In short, this is the biggest "your mom" joke ever.
