I own some ABR in my IRA and I enjoy the big yield, but it is nice to know that somebody else did this analysis for me because I'm going over my investments and for ABR I was concerned about if they can hold their dividend at around .43 per qtr, but even if it goes down some it is from a high yield around 13%. I'm going to hold this one. Thanks for the analysis.

My Tip, MAIN or ADC
Monthly dividend is great and ADC is on sale.

Are they affected the same by the higher interest rates like the equity REITs? In other words, if the interest rates go down will Arbor increase as fast as the equity REITs?

Fintel is showing 38% current short interest with the cost of borrowing is 6.18%, this doesn't look good for the shorts. Lots of potential upside when the shorts decide to cover.

Great metrics but almost no gains with this short term forecast. In the long run reits are absolutely not worth it maybe only realty income. I'll not buy it. For me, not worth buying it. High div yield low div growth. Not a great company to buy now.
