Knowing myself, i might end up getting two GL's in the span of a month because i just keep going back and forth on them.

The follow your roster one is my biggest tip to lower level rosters. I started with Rey when the first two GLs came out and it was purely because my resistance characters were already G12 because of my old HSTR team for phase 1. After Rey, I basically just kept going to the next closest GL. It's the most efficient way to go for GLs. For me that was Rey > Luke > JMK > SEE. Now I'm just working on Starkiller. Another tip I would add, take breaks in between GL farms. I used to take a month or so between farms to work on some teams I had noticed could help me in GAC immensely if I just got another toon up to relics or increase the relics a bit. It makes you feel less held back by the long GL farms.

I went after JML first because I'm a huge Luke fan from rotj and he was needed at r7 so figured why not. Worked out great for me. Gonna do SEE --> executor --> JMK now

Kudos for invoking the "will to live" standard. For what it's worth, I've been slightly more sanguine on gearing for datacrons if that gear eventually leads to a GL. For example, I'm not ready to chase GL Rey yet but don't feel bad about r3 on the Purse Bros so I can use a +25% TM datacron with RJT.

Been playing for a year now and I got LV!
Went for GAS as my first goal and then bad batch got accelerated. So I went all in on LV.

My order was: Rey, JML, JMK, Exec (yes I do consider it a ship GL), SLKR, SEE, SK (kinda like GL) and I'm already preparing for Profundity. Once my Inquisitors are ready for GI, it'll finally be LV time.

Another part of following your roster as you and I have talked, is factoring in the conquest companion for certain GLS as well. I am looking forward to more in the series

SEE unlocked in January, JMK in June, and SLKR in November. Next up, Executor.

#3 was the reason… I just looked at what I had, and figured out which would be the path of least resistance.

I have made millions of diverging paths in my slkr grind and I don't regret a single one. Iden, Mara Jade, Darth Vader, Padme, Jkr, etc. I did what felt fun and I also built up teams as I needed them.

I was considering Profundity -> JMK -> JML as JMK is still cheaper for me in terms of gear, but Jabba and the new raid have me considering pushing JMK until after JML and Jabba.

The shared JKL requirement is both the biggest selling point and biggest hurdle. I think it’s important to be flexible in the long run but another rule is to follow through on the grind once invested.

Something that I would like to hear more about when farming characters is the resource split between shards and gear. Personally I have a hard time justifiying using energy farming gear rather than more characters. For example rather than spending energy farming kryoteck for dash/kyle katarn in my starkiller farm. I am instead farming all the shards to get BAM, Kylo rens ship/sion, wicket, ig's ship, and piett for when u go back to my exec farm. While not sure if I would follow any advice given I am at least interested in knowing what people consider 'optimal' for farming.

r8 is obtainable trough weekly shipments, same for r9, crancor isnt necessary for that requirement

I like your approach to gl farming. But what NOBODY has made a video on how to efficiently get gl tickets (dark side or light) would love to hear a good take on gl ticket farming. Keep it up!
