Northern California coast under tsunami warning after 7.0-magnitude earthquake

Communities along the coast of Northern California are under a tsunami warning after a 7.0-magnitude earthquake hit about 70 miles off the coast. NBC News’ Bill Karins details what areas should be on alert.

I've stayed in that area, and the tsunami alarm goes off nightly... but no tsunami. They grow alot of weed there.😂
