An Epic All -Female Collaboration

An unforgettable all-female collaboration, celebrating Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants 2024, sponsored by S.Pellegrino & Acqua Panna

This 50 Best Signature Session, in partnership with Catch Table and Kaviari, saw four female powerhouse chefs come together for a dining experience like no other. Taking place at the stunning venue Korea House, young creative chef Hee-eun Kim of Soul Dining, hosted three winners of the prestigious Asia’s Best Female Chef Award; fellow Korean Hee-sook Cho (2020), Johanne Siy from Lolla in Singapore (2023) and newly crowned Pichaya ‘Pam’ Soontornyanakij from Potong in Bangkok (2024).

The four chefs gathered to celebrate Mother Nature, carefully picking precious ingredients sourced from natural surroundings and applying the diverse techniques of the cooks in every course. One of the standout dishes was a selection of the chef’s signatures including Hanwoo Beef, Chicken Soup, King-crab and Angelica Shoots Pot Rice.
