BBC Remembrance Sunday - Two Minute Silence

This year marks the 100th anniversary since the end of World War 1. If Remembrance Day is on a Sunday, then the usual Remmbrance Sunday service is televised. If Remembrance Day falls before Remembrance Sunday, then a speical two minute silence program is shown on TV. Today I was at a Remembrance ceremony in Bournemouth whilst this was on.

Thank you to all who have served for our country and given their lives for this country. My great grandad was a prisoner of war in Poland for 5 years in WW2.

Thank you for uploading this Sam. There was a short video interview they showed during the Cenotaph ceremony broadcast with an old soldier called John, if you have access to it and are able to upload it, I would love to see it again. It really got to me.
