Quick Road Test & Tour of a 1971 Chevy Corvette 454 Stingray with Samspace81. I visited my friends at Garrett Classics to film their newly arrived 1971 Chevrolet Corvette. This LS5 powered Corvette features its number's matching engine along with deluxe interior. Enjoy the ride.

Enjoyed watching the white 71. I have a 71 454 LS6 clone convertible! What beautiful powerful machine,

yup one of my fav years! flared fenders took it to amother level and kept rubber off the side of body! wicked bad without them!

Toward the end of his time as Corvette Chief Engineer, Zora favored a
454, automatic, with tall gears. These were 140 mph cars and he drove
them to their fullest potential.

I loved those 454's, they just had one problem. You had to fill up with gas on your way to fill up with gas. 😅 This one sure is gorgeous, and it being a gas guzzler today wouldn't be deal-breaker for me if it was for sale. Save the 👋.

Say what you like about the C3 being dragged on for too long and losing most of its power, this video just goes to show that in the early years the Stingray was a gorgeous, sonorous, seriously rapid car. Thanks for the upload!

They are fairly easy to work on compared to these newer cars and do away with big payment ❤❤❤

My buddy had a 72 454 Vette, I had a 73 350 ci, 350 HP, his was faster, but mine handled much better and was still really quick, I'd take the 350 small block all day long, nothing like carving up a twisty mountain road with fresh Goodrich TA rubber.

I owned an orange 71 with sidepipes--it was a lot of fun

My new addiction. Just bought a '73 350 auto for the wife, and a 1967 327/300 4-speed Top Flight convertible for me. I wish the wife could drive stick, I'd trade the '73 for a 1969 429.
Wish I would have done this a year ago, prices are ratcheting up.

Beautiful, but, the front bumper & horn was off. E-Z fix. 454cid 4bbl, awesome.

That car is probably never driven the way it was meant to be driven.
