October 2022 Energy Update - Lee Harris

The October 2022 #EnergyUpdate has arrived! A few of the themes that I will be covering this month are:

The Metamorphosis That We Are All In, and The Sheets of Emotion That are Coming Off Us and Falling Off Us as we go through it,

The Heart and Throat - Energetic Eruptions, and Expansions - October will be a big month for that. And lastly,

Believe the Aligned Truth of Those Whose Heart Energy You Can Feel. Heart energy is the barometer of the future.

Watching this video was so timely for me…So grounding. Many mornings, barely before I’m conscious I have immediate sadness, a panic, an overwhelming pain… The advice and memes that say, “happiness is a choice and think good thoughts” exhaust me because in these morning moments I’ve not had the time to “choose” these thoughts. I’m inherently a joyful, magnetic person. I hope to be again. Thank you for the peace and perspective you so lovingly bring ❤️

I can feel my body detoxing from low vibe connections I made throughout my life, specially situations I didn't even remember. It feels like "I finally made it here". I missed Home so much. I feel grateful for the journey. It was very very hard to get here, but I pushed with courage at each step. Now I have no more fear and have connected to Christ in me. Man I finally understand by experience everything I'veo only been reading about since my 20s... ❤❤❤

Oh wow, this was so uplifting and helpful! I just passed through a very difficult passage and it was exactly as you described. Sheets of emotion leaving. The past rising up, only to be released.
Today I tackled a job that I've been avoiding for a while; cutting and trimming back the trees in my yard that had become overgrown and had many dead branches. When I was finished I was amazed to see and palpably feel this beautiful new, empty and open space that now has room for newness to grow. It was a perfect analogy for letting go of the past in order to let the new spring forth within the newly created empty space. Seeing it played out in nature like that helped me to finally conceptualize letting go of the past in my inner life.
