Hi Stan
Good to know your out there standing up for the people. My perspective is that we have all been incorporated into every municipality without our knowledge or consent and watching these municipalities in action shows exactly how they view the people. They see subordinate officers of the corporation they run and therefore no need to seek consent for anything. Comments only and no exchange. They consider all property as public stores under the criminal code that is under their administration and control. To me this is a human rights violation and needs to be dealt with at that level. Although we have the right to recognition as a person before the law, we can have no obligation to take or be forced into recognition as a person before the law that they apply all their garbage upon. I know your perspective on the charter, but I'm curious as to your thoughts on this.

Q: do you receive mail at your property? Have you or anyone ever living there ever applied for a permit? Do you receive municipal services like water, waste management, garbage removal, police and fire protection? These are all ways the municipality gains jurisdiction.

you have to understand by law are for corporations not for private citizen do you work for the city if not you don't have to follow by law to prove this I want to a bylaw court I askke the judge where does it say in your bylaw a private citizen have to follow your by law this where it got interesting he almost jump out of his set and said it is irrelevant really I said can you show me a paycheck from the corporation I have to follow this by law he walk out of the room .
