I used to practise ushiro geri for hours .Really powerful kick ony 2 ways to defend against it .num 1 the split sec your opponent starts to turn, get back out the way .num 2 as he turns step in fast and smother his kick and deliver a ( controlled ) uraken to back of his neck .
