Not a bad way to spend some time driving to the next destination! I remember how salty the snacks were…we thought they were hit or miss too. I did like all the cookies they had…I remember one that was like an Oreo, but with lime…so good! ATMs are a pain in the Yucatan! Snacking is the best thing especially during a road trip! Mexican snacks seem to be full or salt and flavour, love the pronunciation!

Merry Christmas guys... It looks so summer, difficult to imagine this is during Christmas. Cash oriented countries... Always a challenge in their own way. A lot of great snacks you have btw, how long was the journey? Because it seemed you had loads of different snacks.

I love this types of videos, where you try out snacks from a different country. I think I tried something similar with those pineapple cookies. Did they had like a jammy kind of filling? Tama Roca sounds very strange, I think your reaction to it was hilarious. I know that tamarind is so sour, haha, i can't imagine it with salt and chili.

Tolls are always messy for us in cash-oriented Countries. We're very much used to credit cards when we travel, so whenever we face a toll... we lose so much time trying to understand how much we owe (and checking out foreign cash to see if we can figure it out). It's not always so simple, as you might have noticed yourself :D

😂 I think I'd love the tamarind candy, and I think we eat something similar in southeast Asia. How annoying that you had to go and find and ATM for cash at the toll. I think the only Mexican 'snacks' I know are tortilla chips and chicharrones 😋
