How to Create Task View Shortcut in Windows 10.

Shortcut Text:

Task View is a powerful system that provides an easy way to switch between running apps, work with virtual desktops, and resume Timeline activities, and in this guide, you'll learn how to use them.

Windows 10 introduces a new feature called Task View. Task View is a virtual desktop manager that allows you to quickly switch between all of your open apps on multiple desktops. Create custom additional desktops to group apps for productivity, entertainment, or whatever you choose. This makes multitasking and organizing your opened apps much easier.

Starting with Windows 10 build 17063, Timeline is now available in Task View. It can be difficult to get back to stuff you were working on in the past. You might sometimes forget which site or app you were using or where you saved a file. Now you can finally close apps without worrying—with Timeline, you can get right back to where you left off.

The Task View window management feature in Windows 10 allows you to see all your opened windows so you can quickly return to a specific program or document. In today’s post, we will show you how you can create a Task View shortcut in Windows 10.

Timeline introduces a new way to resume past activities you started on this PC, other Windows PCs, and iOS/Android devices. Timeline enhances Task View, allowing you to switch between currently running apps and past activities

This tutorial will show you how to create or download a Task View and Timeline shortcut for your account in Windows 10.

This tutorial will apply for computers, laptops, desktops, and tablets running the Windows 10 operating system (Home, Professional, Enterprise, Education) from all supported hardware manufactures, like Dell, HP, Acer, Asus, Toshiba,Lenovo, and Samsung).

This is very helpful. I'm stuck without a windows key on a VMware horizons machine and was able to bind a new keyboard shortcut to this desktop shortcut to bypass the windows key. Do you perhaps know the command to enter for navigating left and right through virtual desktops?

touchpade in windows 10
Switch apps and show desktop: With this option enabled, a three-finger swipe up will open Task View, down will show you your desktop and all your open apps, and left and right will switch among running apps.

• Switch desktop and show desktop: Three-finger swipes up and down will do the same as above, but swipes left or right will switch between virtual desktops.
