Buka-bukaan literally means no secret in general Indonesian. Those hosts aimed to gain a lot of informations about Megan, she wasn't allowed to hide it (mostly about your funniest moments or unforgettable experiences). Some places in Indonesia have the same term of "pekpek" in the Philippines which means vag*na, especially in Sumatera Island where most Melayu people live there. I, myself am a Melayu - Sumateran and I was shocked too when I heard that word. The hosts made some sort of slang for the word "Fact" as "Fek" because commonly Indonesians will write the word of English as it sounds for the first time, and in Indonesian, plural words don't have additional "s" word and we replace it with double words instead, for example Fact=Fakta, Facts=Fakta-fakta instead of Fakta(s). The hosts and the rest of audiences and crews mostly are people of Javanese and they have a slightly different term for woman genitalia that was why they didn't even realize when Megan laughed, if I were there with Megan I would also laugh so hard because in my village it's like forbidden word and my mom would slap my mouth if she heard it 😁. The hosts knew that Megan wouldn't understand Indonesian so they directly made a slang word Buka-bukaan Fakta as Open Fekfek (Facts) which translated as "open your vag*na" by Megan which was why she laughed 😁. As we can see, Megan was laughing and saw Vania Larissa, Miss Indonesia 2013 but she didn't respond it because she didn't know what that meant. In several Indonesian accounts, I saw that some people felt underestimated by Megan because they thought Megan was laughing about our English pronunciations, I already explain to them that she did not mean to underestimate Indonesians, she was laughing because of it meant a different thing in her country and fortunately they got it. However, she was really cute 😁, imagine how weird she felt when she was probably the only person who knew what that was 🤣.

And Fek Fek here is a slang to Fact Fact, so the hosts means 'be open and tell us some facts about you'

Buka bukaan means in indonesia is parang "straighforward" then yung sinabi ng host is not "fekfek" kundi "fact fact". Sa indonesia daw kasi inuulit nila ang word kapag plural, di sila gumagamit ng "s". For example "book book" instead na "books".
