92 nissan 240sx sr20det maf idle problem

so my car stalls with the maf plugged in, and when i unplug it it idles fine but still runs rich and backfires when i rev.
also it doesnt rev past a little over 2k rpm just before boost comes in. please help!

Hey, I think it's because you have a z32 (maf) if you chip it might work. Otherwise get a ka24e one off a single cam from the junk yard.

wanna fix it? go nismotronic, buy an iat sensor, map sensor, and get rid of maf, weld on bung with ait, wire it in and get it tuned.

secure that filter man shit is all kinda lose but nice theres all kinds of issues with a MAF butnits weird seeing when its pulled out your car idles fine but with it conecteted it fucks up its usually the other way around.

I have a similar problem with my 92 240sx hatch...it's running really rich, can't figure out why, when I fill it up, I have to fill it back up anywhere from 3-5days, it'd really bad, anyone have any ideas??

Please help my 92 240sx hatchback with a stick ka is doing this too running lean won’t hold idle any ideas ? I think it might be electrical but I’m going to double check the MAF
