I like his book, although for personal investor it might be a bit difficult to follow, while something like the magical formula will be more straightfoward, but I think the merit in it is to get access to the fire sales, ask for the discount as margin of safety, then rebound, and cash pat and some option to keep it afloat.

I love Klarman and he's clearly a very smart investor who shares Buffett's philosophy which is the only investment philosophy that will work in the long run. But he has underperformed benchmark indices for over 10 years now. This is quite shocking and I hope his investments will provide better returns in the years to come.

Hey! Can you make a video on how to invest 1 million dollar? 30 Billion is damn big, pretty impossible for the majority. I think if someone works really hard in 10 years then the average money he might earn is between 500, 000 and 1 million dollar. That amount of money is big enough to live comfortably in cheaper countries outside US and Western Europe.
