Oh my goshhh. It’s been awhile! It’s amazing to get back with this channel! I just wanna thank you sooo much Anna for influencing me to stretch, ever since I’ve started watching your videos last year. I used to watch 3 stretching videos a day last summer, and a year forward, I’ve now been stretching all by myself without having the need to watch any practice videos! It’s like I kind of internalized the idea of stretching, (thanks to the many poses you’ve had taught me!!❤) and now I am capable of doing splits and so many more with EASE. ALL THANKS TO YOU!!!
