Installing 17.04 on GPD Pocket.

As I understand, @Kenny you are in the GPD team. I just want to let you know, that I will keep being patient und confident to get the ubuntu running on the Pocket.
I am really looking forward to have my backed GPD Pocket with Ubuntu (although I will use GNOME or MATE desktop) soon. Please always provide the ISO with your tweaks for system repair.
Also have a look at linuxium, which is built for the atom machines with special chipsets. Cheers

should be x5-z8350 or z8550 factory overclocked because of active cooling 4gb dualchannel ram and 64gb ssd with memory card reader for cca 200-250$ and hd screen

i have just installed this on my GPD pocket. there is no battery indicator though? is there a way to fix this. cheers for the link. mine came with win10 but might switch perm if most of the bugs are ironed out.
