If you have a metal plate in your head, do the magnets make it more difficult to take out of your ear?

Major let down that you can't control volume on the buds. I so want to get these but missing volume control is a deal breaker for me.

Unfortunately the call quality is totally worthless which is a deal breaker for me.
Paying $230 for something that can't even be used as a handsfree headset is just ridiculous.
Sony support have confirmed (in writing) that the mic's are primarily for NC functions and are "not optimal" for calls.
So if you gonna use them for phone calls, look elsewhere...
