Actually If i recall jhin still have two eyes but because he hated symmetry so when he performing i.e killing people he put that mask on for the performance it also the same reason why he have that shoulder pad to the right

he covers his eye bc as a sniper it is easier to aim with only one, that is also why he has the rifle on his right arm

The most impressive thing about him is that the eye that is either blind or obscured is his left eye, and if you play attention, he favors his left hand since he uses it to shoot whisper most of the time. Meaning all those shots that he makes while “auto attacking” are shot pretty much blindly

i never realised his exposed eye was on the wrong side.
in all art of him that shows his eye, it's on the side with the "eyelash" pattern, so it's interesting that it's ok the opposite side in his model.
EDIT: i've been checking official art. in most art where only one eye is visible, it is on the side with the "eyelash" pattern, except in the awaken cinematic. sometimes he is depicted with both eyes visible, however. the side of his mask that the "eyelashes" are on isn't consistent, sometimes it is on his left and sometimes it is on his right, but pretty much every time, the visible eye is on the same side as the "eyelashes."

It's weird that he has "blue eyes" in the game where in all his splash arts he is red-eyes

contradiction on this post, not all but some profisional snipers and bow shooters only use one eye to shoot in long range distances.
