I don’t understand why would the visa get rejected if they find that anyone wants to stay in the usa. Isn’t it beneficial to have more employees ? And if they reject those want to stay then what about the ones who apply for PR after completing graduating ?

People with fake education certificates and duolingo got approved for USA VISA on first attempt while here iam who got rejected thrice with all genuine certificates and IELTS 7.5 band. Sometimes it all depends on luck tbh. No amount of preparation gets you luck though. But i feel am very lucky because i have a decent paying job in my home town and i get to stay with my family and friends. I thank god for this.

I got my Visa on the first try, just after 4 language students where rejected. I felt very affortunate for that, it was something I was specting for months. At one point I think I Will be rejected, some questions where very tricky, and my interviewer was the one that rejected 3 students and a couple of husbands. If theres a place where you can fell nervous and fear, Im sure this is it. Good luck to everyone, if you have a question fell free to do it.

The video shown here is absolutely right. I am 46 years old Indian citizen had been living in Singapore for 20 years, since last I moved to Suffern, NY in 2021. I got my F1 visa in my first attempt in 50 sec officer's question. US student visa is not that easy to get even you have a good TOEFL/SAT score with millions of dollars financial background. The visa officer is a kinda mentalist who is capable to dig your mind of what your real intention of your studies in US, whether you gonna return or will be stayed back.. A personal advise to all F1 students ready for interview is.. ""DONT LIE"" TO THE VISA OFFICER.

Why do they deny people visas yet not everyone is there to be an immigrant?? US have advanced technologies and they can easily locate one wherever they are and the also have everyone’s data, locating immigrants shouldn’t be an issue at all at all they should allow the qualified and monitor them while in the US.

My uncle is sponsoring me, he own a pharmacy and supermarket company in US and have established a branch in Nigeria which he wants me to manage, so he wants me to study international studies in masters to have a Wilder knowledge of international business. Please is this enough reason to convince the interviewer .

There is no requirement to obtain visa at least 30 days before the program start date. This information is not correct!
