When you simulate, how do you make sure that he will always play but the co coach still rotates? Is it that you put only him in the squad and then not only use "Use current tactics", but also the "Use current team selection if possible" ?

EDIT: And how do you guys use the holiday option to simulate - are you only checking "tactics" or also the "current team selection"?
I want my assistant coach to rotate a little more. Home and Away Tactics would be great :-/
