Hi, I live in a four-floor society. Society broken main inside sewer such that we are exposed to sewer gas poisoning (because our room windows are just over it)and were not able to live inside our flat because of extreme foul smell. It was so intense that it smells like rotten dead rat. Is breakage of sewer line by our society violation of right to life and personal liberty. I doubt we could die one night sleeping because of suffocation.
